Like many instances, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Some people prefer an viewing only a vast expanse of sea. Others the contrast where the blue waters of the bay contrast again the green mountain of mainland Guanaja. Some want to see the first light of morning; some the deep afternoon shadows on a setting sun. Let us know what your preference. We’ll review our available rooms and help select that which we think will suit you the best.

All rates are per person based on occupancy stated and include:

  • Seven nights in an ocean front room.
  •  Managers Party, 3 gourmet meals daily plus happy hour snacks, open bar for our very tasty local beer, house wine, well liquor of vodka, rum, tequila and whiskey, Happy Hour “Drink of the Day”, juice and soft drinks.
  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Complimentary boat transfers to and from Guanaja airport.
  • Complimentary use of sea kayaks and SUP’s and tours conducted by Dunbar Rock staff to Bonacca Town, mainland Guanaja and other cays.
  • Diver package includes five days with 3 dives daily, 2 dives on Friday and unlimited tanks for shallow water shore diving around the Villa.
  • Minimum Age: Guests must be 16 years or older.

Packages exclude:

  • 15% government tax, 4% tourist tax.
  • Optional but highly recommended travel insurance.
  • $10.00 Environmental Fund contribution to the Marine Park.
  • Staff gratuities for good service.
  • Additional boat dives may be added on for $40.00 plus tax per person with a minimum of 4 divers, to be scheduled once on-island.
  • Nitrox upgrades may be added for $120.00 per person if pre-purchased at least 14 days prior to arrival, or $143.00 per person if purchased at the Resort.
